Bake Cockpit
Bake Cockpit is a web app for home and hobby bakers that plans, times and records pizza and bread bakes, from the first mix to the finished bake.
Plan
Choose a recipe and the time you want to eat. The cockpit works backwards to a timed schedule for every step: preferment, mix, fermentation, balling, proof and bake.
Run the bake
A dashboard shows what is happening now and what is next. Mark steps done, record dough and room temperatures, and take photos as you go.
Learn from it
Optional photo analysis gives feedback on dough and finished bakes. Every bake can be exported as a folio that records what you did and how it turned out.
Recipe library
A shared library of pizza and bread formulas with exact quantities, scaled to the number of dough balls or loaves you need.
Bake Cockpit is currently available by invitation. You can sign in with an email address and password or with your Google account. Signing in with Google gives Bake Cockpit your name, email address and profile picture only, and only to identify your account. See the privacy policy.
